Why Are Prints Cropped Different?

Perhaps you've ordered a 4x6 and an 8x10 of the same image, but have noticed a slight difference in them. That is because the camera ratio is equal to a 4x6 and an 8x10 is a different ratio. Each image is carefully and cautiously cropped to every size you order to give your photos the best appearance. Below is a sample of one image cropped into different sizes to show you the slight difference you may notice.

What is a Low Resolution Proof CD?

Low resolution means the quality is not suitable for professional prints. These are small files designed to be used in emails or internet use mainly. Prints made from these low resolution files may appear distorted or pixilated. If you would like to purchase full resolution images, please contact us for a price quote.

Do You Offer Packages?

Yes! Occasionally we run specials that involve several prints at a lower rate than our normal print prices. We also offer special packages throughout the year for things such as Weddings, Maternity, Newborns, Seniors, Events, etc., however, we try to keep things as simple as possible. Many times we tend to order packages and still don't get what we really wanted. Instead, we mainly sell prints so you can make your own package and get exactly what you want.

I Want to Order a DVD Slideshow. Can You Use Any Song I Want?

If you have written permission or legal copyright of any song, we will gladly use it in your DVD. We cannot, however, use just any song. All songs that we use in our Memory Movies are used with permission or are used within their copyright terms.
